We have a fully equipped CNC machining shop, fabrication facility, control system design and manufacture facility as well as product assembly, in order to fulfil our clients requirements.

Where product require installation or after sale service either on site or to a piece of plant equipment. Hastec Rail’s skilled staff can offer a range of support.

Hastec Rail provide full training (user/installation/ calibration) for all of our products. Courses can be hosted virtually via teams, on site, at one of our training facilities (Stoke, Ripley or Chesterfield) or a venue of your choice.

Hastec Rail’s aim is to understand our clients problems and the objectives they wish to realise.

We work closely with them from the initial concept appraisal, through to 3D design and performance evaluation, manufacture, installation and testing to produce a solution that improves safety, ergonomic and efficiency within the work-place.

At our Research and Development facility in Chesterfield, we utilise the latest 3D CAD and Printing technology as well as CNC machining for prototype development prior to approval and release to our manufacturing facilities.

All our precision measuring equipment throughout their assembly are subject to stringent quality evaluation to ensure accuracy of the final product. Prior to despatch all pass through our calibration procedures and certification criteria in accordance with current accredited standards.

In order to maintain accuracy throughout the life of the measurement equipment, Hastec Rail aftersales, provide a recalibration, certification and traceable history log service, in order to maintain continuity with past survey data.
